Report from the 2004 Bike Summit in Washington, D.C.

Mike, of Chain Reaction Bicycles, attended the recent Bicycle Summit in Washington, D.C., and wrote a detailed report about his experience. The five points that are on the national advocacy agenda, and which Summit participants, including MoBikeFed board member Bob Foster, advocated with members of Congress:
- Strengthen and protect Enhancements, CMAQ and other TEA-21 programs.
- Safety Funding for Bicycling and Walking.
- Safe Routes to Schools.
- Bicycle Commute Act.
- Complete the Streets.
