Amendment 3 may dramatically change Missouri roads

Proposed Missouri Constitutional Amendment 3 will, if passed by Missouri voters, dramatically change the way roads and highways are funded in Missouri. The Missouri Bicycle Federation believes that this is a very important issue and bicyclists should carefully study the pros and the cons of the Amendment.
