The Tour of Kansas City took place this weekend. The KCStar article tells the overall results:
Something was familiar about the Tour of Kansas City. The KCBC Racing Team web site has complete results for both Saturday's and Sunday's races. John Lieswyn may eventually post a diary entry about the race (though as of 8/16/2004 it is not posted yet--in the meanwhile you can read his entry about the 2003 Tour of Kansas City).
Scott Moninger won the overall title for a record fourth time, and HealthNet teammate John Lieswyn won the criterium portion for the second year in a row, lapping the rest of the field Sunday in downtown Overland Park.
