St. Louis's Penrose Park Velodrome comes back to life

St. Louis's Penrose Park Velodrome is being brought back to life by a group of dedicated cyclists in the area.

The latest step, shown in a photo gallery by Brad Wadlow, is to apply sealant to the track. Striping and repairs to the fence are next on tap.
