A new issue of Wheels & Heels from MoDOT Bike/Ped Coordinator Caryn Giarratano has just been uploaded.

In this issue: Cities, counties, and organizations can apply for MoDOT Transportation Enhancements grants between now and May. TE grants are one of the main sources of funding for bicycle and pedestrian projects and educational activities . . . Jefferson City plans to add a Katy Trail spur bringing the trail closer to the city . . .
