 We have just received confirmation that Lt. Governover Peter Kinder will attend MoBikeFed's awards ceremony during Bicycle Day at the Capitol, February 26th, 2008.Kinder has spent much of the past 18-24 months traveling the state developing support for and promoting the Tour of Missouri. During that time he has become Missouri's "#1 Bicycle Advocate". The Awards Ceremony will be held at 10:30 AM in the 3rd floor Senate Lounge in the Capitol. Several legislators who have been especially helpful in moving bicycle and pedestrian issues forward will be honored at that time as well. More about Bicycle Day at the Capitol here.
