The Missouri Bicycle Federation sent information to all candidates for office in Missouri this year, and invited each candidate to provide a statement of their position on bicycling and walking issues.
The statements from U.S. Representative District 7 candidates are below.
Candidates this year are Roy Blunt (R), Richard Monroe (D), Kevin Craig (L), and Travis Maddox (I).
Richard Monroe has responded with this statement:
I will encourage biking and hiking in office. My home is near the Galloway

further similar non-vehicular routes as well as making bike-to-work more
practical.
