Springfield's Bike, Bus, & Walk Week May 17-21, 2010

Springfield's Bike, Bus, & Walk Week 2010, sponsored by Ozark Greenways, starts Monday:

It's Free, Easy, and Makes a Difference
May 17-21

By registering your commitment to participate in Bike, Bus, Walk Week you show your support for making Springfield a more bicycle/pedestrian friendly community.

Whether it's by bike, bus, walking, carpooling or any combination, everyone who participates at least one day that week will get a free Panera breakfast. And the city bus is free to ride that week for those traveling with a bike.
All you have to do is:

  • Choose a contact person for your business or school (you perhaps?) to rally your co-workers or students to participate in the annual "Challenge".
  • If your business or school is listed below, contact that person to register.
  • If you are a contact and your business or school is NOT listed below, register here now.
  • Receive a coupon for a free breakfast at Panera (coffee & bagel, mmm...)
  • Small, medium and large sized businesses or schools who have the most people participate will win a traveling trophy. Mileage is not important to the Challenge because we commend those living close to work or school. All participants will receive Panera Bread breakfast vouchers and prizes will be given randomly, so everyone wins something!

Your participation will make a difference - we promise!

You can register for Springfield's Bike, Bus, & Walk Week here.
