McPherson landowner, Tracy Presnell, moved into the country for privacy. He says one thing he didn't expect - was having a sidewalk in his back yard.

"We didn't move out to the country for that."

His family owns 20 acres of land, a Union Pacific railroad runs through it for about a quarter of a mile. It's a trail for walkers, runners, and bikers, created in the early two thousands.
