Authorities are asking for help locating the person who hit a bicyclist with a vehicle in Edwardsville on November 13.

The vehicle struck the bicyclist in the 2400 block of South State Route 157 and drove from the scene at 5:17 a.m., police said.

MoBikeFed comment: Police believe debris recovered from the scene is from a 1990s model Chrysler/Jeep Cherokee. Police say there should be damage to the suspect vehicle’s front passenger side.

Skid marks at the scene indicate that cyclist was on the shoulder several feet from the travel lane when struck from behind.
