Apply for a Capitol Day 2016 Travel Scholarship
Many key leaders of the Missouri General Assembly come from rural and outstate Missouri.
For Capitol Day 2016 on April 11, we would like to have a good delegation from rural and outstate Missouri this year. To encourage participation in Capitol Day 2016 on April 11, we have arranged a limited number of travel scholarship funds to help defray the cost of travel and lodging.
If you are from this part of the state and would like to attend Bicycle and Pedestrian Day at the Capitol on April 11, 2016 and apply for a travel scholarship, please complete and submit this form.
Visiting Jefferson City for Capitol Day is a lot of fun--and our most effective advocacy of the year in support of better bicycling, walking, and trails in Missouri.
- Find out more about Capitol Day (and register to attend) here
- Find out more about 2016 legislative issues--including ATVS on Katy Trail, a proposal to require all bicyclists to carry a 15-foot tall flag, a proposed safe passing of bicyclists bill, a bill to ban texting while driving, and more.
