"Complete Street" is now a reality in the city of Florissant, thanks to the support of Mayor Thomas Schneider, the entire City Council and City Engineer Tom Barrett.

I am pleased that the Complete Streets Ordinance 8204 will mean a safer and more livable community. Drivers, pedestrians and public transit riders can rest assured that Florissant will have a policy in place that will serve the community well into the future.
