Plan to make the scene at our Route 66 ride, Clyde! Get cranked on this leisurely 1950’s-themed ride from Route 66 State Park. Choose from three routes: Jailhouse Rock (15 miles), Rock Around The Clock (26 miles), or Great Balls Of Fire (42 miles). Cut out between 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. Rest your wazoo at one of our rest stops and listen to the sounds of Bill Haley, Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry, the Big Bopper and others. Prizes for best ‘50s-style threads and peepers worn during your ride, but helmets are mandatory. A special prize will be given to the first cyclist to complete the Great Balls of Fire route on the classic cruiser, the Schwinn Phantom. Enjoy this trip back in time, but don’t let us catch you playing some back seat bingo in the parking lot or we just might have to call the heat, Daddy-O!
