Tour of Missouri Alert: Call Missouri Senators
Contacting members of that Committee is the best way to help now, and the key dates are Wed March 31st through Friday April 2nd.
Please do be polite and persuasive when you call or email.
UPDATE 4/8/2010: Good News! The Senate Appropriations Committee approved unchanged the language supporting Tour of Missouri funding passed by the House of Representatives. Details here.
I support the Tour of Missouri because it brings economic development to large and small cities across Missouri, because it is one of the very top international sporting events in the world, because millions of fans like me love it, and because it will take only a small amount of state support to continue the Tour of Missouri in 2010.
