Springfield, MO Traffic Skills Class @ Springfield Environmental Resource Center

This class, led by David Hutchison and presented in three parts from 6:00 p.m. ot 9:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, April 28 to 30, will luse the League of American Bicyclists materials for Traffic Skills 101.  Traffic Skills 101 gives cyclists the confidence they need to tide safely and legally in traffic or on the trail.  Through this class, students will learn how to conduct bicycle safety checks, fix a flat, on-bike skills, and crash avoidnace techniques.  This class is recommended for adults and children above the age of 14.  The cirriculum is fast-paced nine hours, on of using a bicycle and prepares cyclists for a full understanding of vehicular cycling.
