TRIP THE LIGHT FANTASTIC

 
A Magical Midnight Bike Ride thru Jackson County’s Christmas in the Park
 
January 2nd, 2014, 7:00pm (postponed from original dates of December 7th and December 13th).
 
The ride is free but you MUST pre-register at the ride web site.
 
When: January 2nd, 2014
  • 5:30 pm - Check-in begins @ Frank White Ballpark Parking Lot
  • 7:00pm - The 4-Mile Ride begins in heats of 50 @ .2 mile intervals
What: TRIP THE LIGHT FANTASTIC is a FREE event for cyclists to enjoy a four-mile Magical Midnight Ride through the hundreds of lighted, animated displays at Jackson County’s Christmas in the Park! The Salvation Army will be on-site with their Canteen providing complimentary coffee and hot chocolate. Voluntary donations will be accepted. Festive holiday music and costumed characters will add to the ambience of the ride en route to Christmas in the Park!
 
T-Shirt: Since this is a FREE event, t-shirts will be available for sale @ $10/ea with a portion of the proceeds going to the Salvation Army.
 
Prizes: Prizes (TBD) will be awarded in two categories: 
  • Best Decorated Bike
  • Best Dressed Rider
