Uber Asphalt
Uber Asphalt is a scavenger hunt using bikes, brains and brawn. Starting and ending at Lift For Life Academy on Broadway, bikers in teams of two create their own courses throughout the city of St. Louis in order to get through six checkpoint obstacles in a race to complete this wild scavenger hunt in under 3 hours. At each of the six checkpoints, teammates complete an adventurous obstacle, collect a bottle cap, then remount their bikes and hit the streets for more. The goal is to complete all the checkpoints in the shortest amount of time.
Upon finishing, each team will receive a New Belgium beer for each bottle cap collected and turned in -- up to a 6 pack per rider. For the under 21 crowd, an assorted 6 pack of Fitz’s Soda can be achieved. (Under 21 can compete with an adult.)
Registration early:
May 1st through May 31st $85 per team (just $42.50/person)
June 1st through June 30th $100 per team (just $50/person)
July 1st through July 17th $120 per team ($60/person)
After July 17th & race day $140 per team (does not guarantee shirt) ($70/person)
