Description:
A shoulder with striping, improve exisiting sidewalk and shoulder. A bike ped lane that connects two heavily used exisiting trail systems.

Importance:
This project would connnect two heavily used trail systems. The exisiting Missouri Riverfront Trail and existing Highway 45 Trail.

Obstacles:
There may be some terrain challenges near Park University and 1201 East Street.
