Description:
The concrete curbs on the islands at this relatively new intersection need to be painted with a bright, reflective paint.

Importance:
This is a particularly good project because these islands can be hard to see in dim light. I find that there is not much visual contrast between the concrete curb and concrete island and the concrete road.
