Description:
Fill in gaps in sidewalk on Missouri Boulevard (Business Highway 50) from Eagles Lodge to Kohl's on the north side of the street. The area already has some sidewalks so this is sidewalk fill-in for the remainder.

Importance:
1. City of Jefferson + MODOT have already agreed this is a good plan. The only obstacle is money. 2. The current Missouri Boulevard is a model of what a road should NOT be: myriad business driveways, only sporadic sidewalks, and unsafe pedestrian crossing
