Description:
Metro used to operate a bus service to Richardson Road park and ride lot. That service was cancelled but could be restored. Any park and ride lot that Metro uses should have pedestrian access. Some protection for pedestrians should be added.

Importance:
This is only usable bridge for miles to get from one side of the highway to the other. If metro drops people off there, they shouldn't die on their walk home in the dark.

Obstacles:
The bridge isn't heavily used by bikes and pedestrians, simply because it is nigh impossible. It wasn't designed for such use and most local residents would see any expense to make it safe as a waste of money. It is also an existing bridge, so little can be done to expand it.
