Description:
create a thoroughfare for bicycle and pedestrian use?just west of the main entrance to St. Louis County's Creve Coeur Park from the intersection of Marine & Dorsett Rds running northwest to the boat ramp access area parking lot by the lake.

Importance:
there are two blind curves, no shoulder (deep gullies) and a steep incline. it is difficult for vehicular traffic to see, much less go-around slow-moving bicycle traffic. ADA: there are only (100+) steps or a steep, root- and rut-filled path from Creve Coeur Park to Creve Coeur Lake for the disabled you must get into your car to go from one area to the other.
