Description:
Add shoulders to the short stretch of Upper Bottom Road between 364 and Old Upper Bottom Road.

Importance:
Upper Bottom Road has great shoulders north and south of here but lacks them for some reason in this short stretch. Upper Bottom is a great access road for many bike routes including the Katy Trail and Creve Coeur connector. This is a dangerous, high traffic section of the road where shoulders would greatly benefit cyclists, pedestrians, and drivers.

Obstacles:
None that I can see. Looks like the needed area is clear.
