Importance:
Properties are developing on all quadrants of the intersection. State Route FF is the main thoroughfare through the City of Battlefield and a new middle school is located near Rt FF. There are no sidewalks or shoulders for pedestrians along SH FF or crosswalks connecting the east and west side of Battlefield across SH FF

Obstacles:
Commercial businesses line the FF corridor within the City of Battlefield, ROW may be expensive to purchase.
