MoDOT  How do  you feel about the issue of MoDOT using its funds and personnel to lobby on issues related to transportation?
Undermine?  Does MoDOT`s lobbying the legislature and governor, taking part in the political process, undermine MoDOT`s credibility?
Prohibited?  Right now, MoDOT is put outside the political process and direct control of the Governor and General Assembly.  Should MoDOT also be restricted to giving unbiased information and prohibited from using taxpayer funds to lobby or engage in the political process?
