Description:
Design and build the bridge so that it has bike/ped. lanes at each side.

Importance:
This a simple soulution for safety to provide for the many recreational cyclist From Hannibal, Quincy, Palmyra and Monroe City that travel on this stretch of 168. Walkers and Runners would use this bridge out of Palmyra and then loop back to town on Co Rd. 324 and its bridge on up to Flower City Park.
