Description:
Add crosswalks and pedestrian signals/phases to major street crossings of Hwy 350 in Raytown, including Hwy 350 and Gregory, Maple, Raytown Rd, and Westridge.

Importance:
All of these areas are in a fully developed urban area. They all are within a few steps of neighborhoods that back up to 350 Hwy and a vibrant business/commercial area that lines 350 Hwy. Many/most of these crossings have sidewalks that approach up to Hwy 350 and then simply stop at the intersection with 350 Hwy.This area already has very high pedestrian and bicycle usage. Pedestrians are forced to cross the intersections as they can, since traffic signals have no pedestrian phase or even a phase that allows pedestrians safe passage at all.
