Description:
Add bicycle lanes/shoulders to Hwy 7 to allow bicycles to safely travel from where the existing bike lanes end (just north of Colbern Rd) south to Langsford Rd.

Importance:
It ties into an existing bike lane and would allow safer travel into Lee's Summit.
