Description:
Need to improve bicycle commuting/routes from Liberty south. The basic infrastructure is largely there. 169 through Claycomo has nice shoulder, but needs improvements. Need good route to Choteau bridge.

Importance:
It wouldn't take that much to improve this signficantly. Change some grates on Vivion. Improve shoulder through Claycomo, etc.
