Description:
Pave and improve shoulders to accommodate safe bike and pedestrian use and link to existing three mile multi-use trail on Colbern Road from Legacy Park to Rice Road.

Importance:
Connects to an existing multi-use bike/ped trail on Colbern Road. Eliminates barrier of I-470/MO-291 crossing for bike and pedestrian use. Can be constructed fairly cost effectively by only paving and marking shoulders.

None.
