Description:
Several bridges over the Downtown Interstate freeway loop have obsolete drain grates that are hazardous to bicyclists and need to be replaced with modern bicycle-friendly grates.

Importance:
This would complement the BikeKC project that has already replaced drain grates on local streets leading to the MoDOT-owned bridges.
