Description:
Final link of Transportation system connecting Amtrak station with Knob Noster State Park which has camping, developed walking and biking trails located near Whiteman Air Force Base. The final connection uses MO 23 to County WW to Windsor connecting to the cross state KATY Trail and the new Pleasant Hill to Windsor extension.

Importance:
This will allow for the only mass transportation link for round trip use of the KATY and new Rock Island Trail between the eastern and western points of the widely used state park. Currently the only option for transfer from the western point is by private motor vehicle or shuttle service.

Obstacles:
Expense of altering bridges along the route.
