Description:
The intersection and its approaches is badly in need of bicycle pedestrian accomodation.

Importance:
There are several inexpensive things that could be done while the years and years roll by waiting for future plans (see below).

Obstacles:
Supposedly already funded by NonMotorized Transportation Pilot Program. Also held up by various complex TDD plans and negotiations between city and the various TDD's. Would be good to verify that plans and funding are in place.
