Description:
St. Charles Rd. in Columbia has limited to no shoulder which make it very unsafe for Pedestrians and cyclists to use that road.

Importance:
Many individuals that live east of Hwy 63 use foot, bicyle, or wheelchair as their many source of transportation. As a result, these individuals are either cut off from traveling west into columbia or must take a risk during their travels.
