Description:
Move pedestrian pushbutton to accessible/ADA compliant position. Make other changes as needed to make the intersection safer and easier to use by pedestrians, including disabled pedestrians.

Importance:
This is a troubling intersection for pedestrians. The push button for peds is located in a ditch where noone using a wheelchair could access it. This intersection is used by hundreds of pedestrians per day because it connects MU to apartments.
