Description:
We desperately need a pesdestrian walkway over the New Hwy 5 overpass on Hwy 54. The overpass is too narrow, it is dangerous not only for pedestrians, but cyclist alike. The drain grates also need turned, as it is right now, they run paralell to the highway and need to be crossway to allow street tires on a bicycle to cross over them while on the very narrow shoulder. (about 18 inches).

Importance:
It is much needed.

Obstacles:
Only thing I can think of is money.
