Description:
This project would connect the Missouri River Bridge Bike/Pedestrian Addition to the Katy Trail Spur (which connects to the Katy Trail) in the North Jefferson City Recreation Area. The trail way would run at ground level from the Bike/Ped addition, along the North Side of Hwy 63, crossing Cedar City Drive, around the South and East side of the parking lot at the North Jefferson Pavilion and connect to the Katy Trail Spur.

Importance:
Currently, the Missouri River Bridge Bike/Pedestrian Addition is going to connect to the Noren Access and connect to the Katy Trail Spur via and on road route of Cottonwood Dr and Fourth St. The proposed connection would provide a safer connection from the Katy Trail to the Bridge Bike/Ped addition.
