Description:
Using the existing raised shoulder of Hwy 65 in Sedalia to connect the Katy Trail to the new Sedalia High School and other businesses allong Hwy 65.

Importance:
This would link the North side of Sedalia with the South allowing ped/bicycles to access many businesses in Sedalia.

Obstacles:
Resurfacing the raised shoulder and creating ramps down and up at each intersection.
