Add sidewalks along Florissant Rd under I-270 and past adjoining intersections; add ped signals and crosswalks to intersections.

Importance:
I have seen plenty of pedestrians in this area and there are no sidewalks present. (Yes there are two pedestrian bridges along that area. One new and the other old. The new one is about a half mile out of the way from where most people are travelling. The old one is at the High School and is technically "off limits" during school hours). Also there are no special pedestrian signals for Pedestrians to safely travel this area.
