Description:
Currently, there are no sidewalks so people on bikes and walking have a very hazardous time getting under the interstate

Importance:
A lot of people are impacted by this poor situation. Just look at the dirt path on both sides that was worn by all the foot traffic. You will frequently see pedestrians trying to cross with no safe way to do so.

Obstacles:
There is an overpass that has concrete posts, but the sidewalk or bike lane can go on the outside of the posts.
