Install a separate-grade crossing of Hwy 171.

Importance:
This 16-mile trail connects Carthage with Carl Junction, via Oronogo. Crossing busy Highway 171 is hazardous for both cyclists and pedestrians. A separate-grade crossing [a tunnel might be easiest] would help complete a project that could establish safe bicycle links among most of the towns of Jasper County.
