Description:
Install a bike lane along Hwy D from Hwy 96 to Alba.

Importance:
This lane would provide area residents with safer access to Truman Elementary and to the Ruby Jack Trail, which in turn would provide residents of Alba, Purcell, etc. with a safe bicycle route to Carthage and Carl Junction, and, via a lane along Highway D to 171, to the Frisco Greenway Trail and thus Joplin.
