Description:
Pedistrian Bridge to safely get runners/bikers/hikers across the 4 lanes of traffic on Hwy 13;Widing of HWY 13 increased the highway crossing distance of trail users of the Frisco Highline Trail and inpedied their access into the community of Bolivar. Local residents and trail users must use local streets and highways to gain access to the south reaches of the Frisco Highline Trail. An overpass in needed and should have been includer inthe orginial widing and highwya improvements of Hwy 13 many years ago.

Importance:
There is a trail system in which the 4 lane highway divides. It is not safe to go from one trail to the other trail. Every day, dozens of trail users cross between the gaps in the traffic;Provides connection s for City of Bolivar residents and trail users form the south to access Bolivar, It improves safety as prople are now crossinng a four lane highway and a mediain to cross hwy 13. There are other on road possibilities such as bike lanes and better direction signs which would work for the experienced cyclists---for youth and olderr as well as walkers and runners an overpass is the ultimate soluaton.

Obstacles:
NO - I just see the need.
