Placement of an underpass to connect current and future residents to the FHT when other widening or surface work and improvements take place on the road.

Importance:
Connects current and future residential area with the Frisco Highline Trail and 3 Willard schools for which HWY 160 is a barrier. The grade allows for an underpass and would be less costly than an overpass. The project is supported by the City of Willardm the Willard School District, and the Chamber of Commerce.
