Designate Kingshighway (US 61) from Jackson to Fruitland as a bicycle route. Use new & existing paved shoulders as striped/stenciled/signed bicycle travel lanes

Importance:
[5.1 miles] US 61 from Jackson to Fruitland. This proposed project would provide safe travel for commuters between Jackson and Fruitland, MO. A designated bike travel route would encourage more commuters and casual riders to use this corridor. This section of US 61/Kingshighway does not have paved shoulders, so costs would be include excavation, new shoulder construction, lane striping and signage
