Add button-activated "warning bicyclists ahead" flashers to each side of the Hwy 51 Mississippi River Bridge near Chester, IL.

Importance:
The Hwy 51 Mississippi River Bridge has been identified by cross-country bicyclists travelling the TransAmerica Bicycle Route as the most difficult/dangerous single spot for bicycling on Missouri's section of the TransAmerica route. The bridge will not be widened or otherwise improved for many years, when it is time to replace the entire structure. In the meanwhile, adding the flashing warning beacons is an inexpensive measure that improves safety for both bicyclists and motorists on this narrow bridge.
