Description:
A trail is planned along Hwy 152 in Kansas City. Some sections of the trail have been built or are planned. Hwy 152 is slated for some major upgrades in the next few years to carry traffic to the airport. The trail improvements would be made as part of that upgrade.

Importance:
The trail will complete important connectivity in the Trails KC plan for the north part of Kansas City. It connects to four major trail connectors (Shoal Creek, Line Creek, I-29 Trail, and KCI airport trail). This project is supported by District 4 and KCMO staff as one of the most important projects in the region and a large new construction project that could be built without including any bicycle/pedestrian connectivity unless action is taken.
