Police in Bridgeton do not plan to file charges against a driver who hit and killed a cyclist Friday evening. Police say around 5 o'clock the driver of a pick-up truck was headed southwest on Gallitan Lane near the intersection of Woodfordway Dr. when he topped a hill near the west end of Lambert St. Louis International Airport and was blinded by the setting sun.
