Over 1.4 million Missourians now live an officially designated Bicycle Friendly Community.

If you would like to have your community, business, or university officially recognized as Bicycle Friendly, visit the Bicycle Friendly America web site for application materials and more information.  If you want your community to become more bicycle friendly, starting to work towards bicycle friendly designation is a great place to start.

Looking for a sample application? The St. Louis City Bicycle Friendly Community application from 2009 is an excellent and comprehensive example.
