PedNet Coalition is interested in hosting a bicycle instructor training class in Columbia. This will allow participants to become League Cycling Instructors (LCIs), certified through the League of American Bicyclists. This officially qualifies participants to teach bicycling classes and provides insurance coverage for the classes.

To be able to offer the LCI training, we need to have at least 8 people signed up. We'd like to know how many people would be interested in taking the class.

To be able to take the class, you would need to:

- First take and pass the equivalent of the introductory bicycling class Traffic Skills 101 (called City Cycling in Columbia).

- Sign up as a member of the League of American Bicyclists. The individual membership level is $40.

- Be able to commit 3 days to the class. The class is 23 hours long. We would offer the class either on three workdays, or on a Sunday-Tuesday schedule. We are shooting to host the class in the spring.

- Pay the $300 registration fee for the class. You would be responsible for your own registration fee.
